**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and support the college's strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and press releases, ensuring they align with the college's brand and message.
- Manage the college's digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure marketing strategies meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Plan and execute events, such as open days and industry seminars, to engage with prospective students and the broader community.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise return on investment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, brand management, and event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data to inform decision-making.
