The Maintenance Liaison Officer is accountable for the coordination of correspondence and stakeholder communications for Maintenance Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, Ministerials and intra/inter-departmental correspondence relating to maintenance activities on SA Housing Authority properties, as allocated by the Office of the Chief Executive or Senior Manager Maintenance and Renovations, and the coordination of other maintenance related correspondence including appeals, involving liaison with Head Contractors across the state, to ensure improved maintenance outcomes for the Authority’s tenants.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.

**Role Status**
Short term contract up to 31 December 2024.

$75,430 - $79,070 (ASO4)
