**Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role**:

- Maintain the currency and quality of the Stramit M3 business database for products, pricing and supply chain and ensuring the quality and integrity of the business data
- ensure all tasks are completed within a defined timeline as agreed on with our service offer to the Business
- Maintenance of the Supply Chain data field requirements including all associated tables, data fields and stock point records.
- Ensure all requests for new data and maintenance to existing data records are actioned to completion to agreed SLA.
- Work on upcoming projects as the business undergoes transformation

**To be considered for this role, we need from you**:

- Are a multi-tasking superstar who can prioritise, work at a fast pace absorbing and delivering information
- You are an EXCEL WIZARD who can interpret requests with a continuous improvement mindset. (SAP experience is advantageous)
- Fantastic team player who demonstrates excellent customer service skills, backed with strong communication both written and verbal
- Excellent administrative skills, you are a tech savvy individual who can work your way around systems and follow processes. Has a keen eye for the finer details
- Customer and stakeholder focused with the ability to understand their needs and delivering exceptional results
- Experience in similar role highly regarded, however full training will be provided for this position
- Full working rights in Australia (unrestricted)
