The Role
***Reporting to the AP Manager and collaborating across the wider AP team, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced, varied, full function AP role which involves a large number of transactions across multiple accounts. Medium to high level data entry skills will be required, as some parts of the role require manual processing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Full function AP
  • Managing AP inbox
  • G/L Coding
  • Vendor maintenance
  • Creating new Accounts
  • Supplier statement/credit card recs
  • Payment runs
  • Receipt Invoices for processing (high volume)
  • Input Invoice data to system
  • Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
  • Ensuring agreed supplier terms with payments are adhered to

About You
***Other attributes required;

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • High Attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
  • 35 Years prior experience in a similar role
