**In this role, you'll**:
You will specialize in surveillance tasks encompassing Electrical, Communications Network, equipment installation, and WHS management. Your primary duty involves leading complex or specialized surveillance activities on designated contract works to ensure compliance with construction standards and timely project delivery according to client requirements.

You will serve as a key technical advisor for trades, engineering, and project teams within your specialized area, contributing to improved project capabilities and outcomes.

Your responsibilities include anticipating and addressing intricate technical challenges, providing guidance on issue resolution to project and contract managers to uphold superior project and contract management practices for efficient works delivery.

**About you**
- Extensive experience with technologies, methodologies, and protocols relevant to Electrical, Network, and civil construction and maintenance within Agency works.
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor or Leading Hand in rail/Construction project.
- Possession of advanced trade or electrical qualifications along with a current RIW or RSW Card.
- Availability for night and weekend shifts as required by project schedules.
- Proficiency in sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting project, construction, and contract documentation within a specialized context.
- Extensive experience in thorough record-keeping and document management within construction or maintenance settings.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, fostering positive relationships in construction and maintenance environments.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and multitasking to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
