On behalf of Migration law firm, a leading Australian company based in the Pyrmont, NSW 2009 area, we are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled **Marketing Coordinator**.

**Current Opening**:
This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the firm's business objectives.
- Produce engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage the law firm's online presence, including website content, and online directories.
- Plan and coordinate events such as seminars, webinars, and workshops to showcase the firm's expertise.
- Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage for significant firm events or achievements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various channels.
- Maintain marketing databases and assist with lead management and CRM activities.
- Work closely with lawyers and legal teams to understand their practice areas and key strengths.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating legal content that is clear, concise, and compliant.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience in creating and monitoring advertising campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize marketing performance.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in marketing, ensuring all activities comply with regulations.

**Salary**:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $75,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
