**Woods & Co** is thrilled to partner with a well-established company of makers and trades based in Mornington, VIC. Our partner is gearing up for an exciting Container Bar and Al Fresco pop-up event in Mornington, coinciding with the renowned Archibald Prize Exhibition. This exclusive event will feature top craft purveyors like TWOBAYS Brewery Co, JimmyRum Distillery, Bass & Flinders Distillery, Jetty Road Brewery, Rahona Valley Winery, and more, creating a captivating experience for visitors from all around.

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor/Venue Manager to join our partner's passionate team. As the F&B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in curating and orchestrating an exceptional experience for guests attending this unique event.

**What do you do?**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Container Bar and Al Fresco pop-up event.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Utilise your bartending and barista skills to craft delightful beverages.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring smooth service and teamwork.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and accountability.
- Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the venue.

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in events or front-of-house operations.
- Previous experience managing and supervising a team.
- Proficiency in bartending and coffee-making.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills to manage event logistics effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, making you a natural people person.
- Flexibility to work the 7-week duration from Friday, 15th September to Sunday, 5th November.
