Diana's Contract is looking for a Skilled Safety Compliance Administrator.
- Must have a minimum of 3 Years experience in the logistics
- Preferbly have a first Aid or ERO Qualification

**Qualifications and skills required for a Safety Compliance Administrator may include**:

- Proven experience in compliance Admin, preferably in a regulated industry
- Experience participating in third party and internal audits of Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
- Previous experience in Fleet Admin or a related role.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using compliance software and tools
- Professional certifications in compliance management (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) may be preferred.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring employee competencies and inductions are maintained and recorded within the internal compliance system and that of any client/project compliance portals.
- Assisting with the review, collation, and distribution of safety communication such as SWMS, toolboxes, safety alerts, and the maintenance of site safety documentation.
- Assisting the fleet manager with any on boarding and inspection of plant and vehicles to projects and the monitoring of associated compliance and expiries.
- Assist the fleet & equipment supervisor with the maintenance and record keeping of vehicle safety devices such as first aid kits, fire extinguishers, harnesses and others.
- Facilitating project induction and training days for new and existing employees.
- Compiling data for safety and quality reporting and initiatives and ensuring submission in a timely manner to relevant people.
- Participating and assisting with document preparation for any internal and external compliance audits and reviews and certificate renewals
- Assisting the Operations Manager with the completion of site audits and inspections as per a predetermined schedule and action NCRs within the required time frame.
- Follow site audit checklist guidelines to ensure all traffic controllers are aware of and fully understand project SWMS, associated risks and have signed relevant documents (e.g. HAC and SWMS).
- Assist the Operations Manager with the investigation of any public or client complaints incidents/accidents including the documentation of any corrective (preventative) actions.
- Participate in post-project review meetings with the Operations team and to discuss 'lessons learned' and identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as PPE and safety equipment stock control.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.33 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kewdale, WA 6105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Compliance administration: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
