**The Role (Full-Time)**

**Digital Marketing Manager**

Your main role as the Digital Marketing Manager will be to establish Dermalogica as the leading prestige expert skin care brand in Australia and drive awareness and consideration for Dermalogica retail products and professional treatments and services. You will also identify opportunities to improve the customer experience for existing customers and to improve Dermalogica’s loyalty and retention practices, and collaboratively work with stakeholders to plan and deliver those improvements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Digital, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education, Customer Service and Finance departments to plan and execute timely & effective campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion & retention.
- Develop and drive an integrated omni-channel loyalty program across Dermalogica D2C eCommerce & Flagship Stores to improve customer retention, maximise customer lifetime value and deliver a consistent customer experience across Dermalogica D2C online/offline channels.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement of customer experience and engagement, championing the voice of customers internally, ensuring the customer is always front of mind for decision-making throughout the organisation and in the way marketing/communications are undertaken.
- Conduct research and establish ongoing testing processes with regular feedback mechanisms to collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data used to inform decision making.
- Conduct research & execute initiatives to drive subscription (auto-replenishment) purchases.
- Acquire D2C leads through on-site, lead generation initiatives and utilize first party data to nurture leads and deliver personalized, relevant and engaging content.
- Drive awareness and demand for Dermalogica Professional treatments and services.
- Bring creative & disruptive ideas on how to engage our audience across digital channels.
- Drive traffic into PST, Retail and Flagship channels for events, facemapping skin analysis and Dermalogica professional treatments and services.
- Acquire B2B new business leads for the sales team and manage and maintain the B2B CRM database to amplify performance of B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and external stakeholders.
- Follow systems and processes in accordance with Dermalogica Employee Handbook.
- Work safely and to consider the health and safety of others. Always demonstrate safe behaviors and environmentally sound work practices.
- Comply with all Dermalogica policies and procedures including and not limited to EEO, OH&S and Harassment in the Workplace.
- Act in accordance with Dermalogica Code of Ethics and organizational values.

**Qualitifications Required**:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Advanced know
