**APS 5 - Coordinator, Trove Data Support**:

- Delve into all types of cultural heritage data alongside a small team of experts
- Work with a range of collections from libraries, galleries, archives and museums
- Take the opportunity to explore new ways of managing a national data aggregation

We are seeking to fill a non-ongoing role of **Coordinator, Trove Data Support (APS 5).**

**This non-ongoing opportunity is available to 30 June 2024 with a possibility of extension.** There is a possibility that the role may become ongoing. This recruitment process will establish a merit pool that will be used to fill other ongoing or non-ongoing vacancies that become available.

As the Coordinator, Trove Data Support you will undertake work that facilitates partner data contributions to national digital collaborative services and maintain national resource sharing networks. This work is moderately complex in nature and the role works under limited direction.

You will be required to coordinate activities within the Data and Platforms section.

The Coordinator, Trove Data Support role provides expertise that contributes to the outcomes of the team and Branch and is accountable for tasks and decisions. They undertake tasks including:

- Aggregating data from Trove Collaborative Services members, including liaising with partners, analysing and transforming data to suit Trove, undertaking data maintenance activities, and exporting data.
- Managing partner access to Trove modules (eg. LADD).
- Contributing to the continual improvement for all Trove service users by identifying bugs and enhancements, contributing to business analysis, and undertaking user acceptance testing.
- Providing input to policy development.
- Providing high level customer support to Trove Collaborative Services partners, their related industry bodies and advisory/working groups as well as vendors/providers.
- Liaising with National Library of Australia colleagues to ensure the continued movement of high-quality data through systems.
