**About the Role**

This position is responsible in providing administrative support and coordination to the General Manager and Dental Centre Network (DCN) Management Team. Ensuring confidential, accurate and timely service to internal and external clients.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the flexibility to work from home 1 - 2 days per week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Producing correspondence, presentations and reports both of a general and confidential nature for General Manager, Project Manager, Dental Expansion Team and DCN Network
- Managing patient feedback communication & the Dental Feedback inbox which includes patient complaints, compliments and suggestions. This includes coordinating with our Clinical and Regional Managers to analyse and respond to matters in a timely and professional manner
- Working across multiple CRM platforms, including and not limited to D4W, Preceda, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Success Cloud, Page Up, Concur, JIWA
- In conjunction with the General Manager, Clinical Manager & DCN trainers, assist to plan the annual clinical training calendar for dentists and hygienists
- Set up of new employees on appropriate IT platforms
- Managing licensing requirements for clinicians

**About You**
- 3 years experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, especially written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters, in a discrete and professional manner
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions and prioritise in a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Experience in a health environment would be highly advantageous
