**About the role**:
This position offers a Hybrid mix of working from home and office - based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. You will be responsible for the development and management of solutions for AmpolCard across B2B’s large customer segments in commercial/commercial transport, corporate fleet, strategic and government.

You will also be responsible for GTM for B2B’s Renewable/Decarbonisation products (such as Carbon Neutral, Renewable Diesel) and managing the penetration of these products among target Card segments (where applicable).

The role requires strategy development/translation; delivery of the annual plan; development of new renewable products and non-SME Card solutions; leading the GTM activity from a Product perspective and measuring/improvement the CX.

You will work closely with the Head of AmpolCard and B2B offers on the 5 year card strategy leading and managing regular stakeholder reviews and participating in regular quarterly reviews with the card strategy steering committee.

**Key responsibilities.**
- Responsible for translation of AmpolCard segment strategies into actionable initiatives to grow AmpolCard segments.
- Leading the AmpolCard solution design and development for fleet, commercial, government distributor and strategic.
- Leading the product design and development, GTM for B2B renewable/decarbonisation products as we are looking to provide our customers with options within our emerging services in this space.
- Performance of renewable/decarbonisation products as applicable.
- Drive and Lead Acquisition initiatives to achieve AmpolCard Account Acquisition targets.
- Gathering and prioritising B2B product and customer requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, customer lifecycle management and working closely with sales, Marketing, Communications, IT, Customer Service and other support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
- Accountable for planning and execution of key customer lifecycle programs, including test and learn initiatives based on gap assessment and actionable insights. This requires managing initiatives cross-functionally, driving and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Responsible for evolving the AmpolCard customer value proposition in response to changing customer needs.
- Decisions relating to product improvements, customer experience and process improvements and change management in line with delegated authority.

**About you**:
You will have minimum +5 years’ commercial leadership experience leading a diverse product portfolio across in B2B, Energy, Banking, Retail or Financial services sectors with exposure in ‘’Go to Market’’ strategies; Strategy formulation/review and working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams.

**Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or equivalent as a Senior Leader.
- Experience developing new B2B products/solutions and track record of successful implementation.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with B2B marketing experience highly valued
- +5 years product management experience
- Ability to filter strategy into effective cross functional annual/quarterly business plans
- Experience in commercial analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with Fuel Card product - Either in Sales or product development role will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at senior executive levels and partner with leadership teams to define, drive strategic goals.
