We are ideally looking for a part time (3 days per week) Implementation, advice specialist to join a highly regarded firm in the heart of the CBD.

**Roles Available**:

- CBD: Part time Implementation Specialist (Associate - Non-AR)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Essential knowledge of the Financial Planning Industry.
- Responsibilities include setting up new clients, maintaining existing clients, managing end-to-end administration of client portfolios, attending client meetings, and supporting senior advisers.
- Implementation of client paperwork for advice strategies (Superannuation, SMSFs, and Insurance).
- Support team peers by reviewing work prior to lodgement to ensure minimised errors.
- Diligently record all works in progress and correspondence with clients in the COIN / Xplan database.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries.
- Liaise with fund managers, brokers, and share registries.
- Implement Advisers' directions efficiently and accurately.

**About You**:
Ideally, we are looking for a part time Financial Advice Specialist - 3 days per week.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment with a strong focus on client service.
- Attend client meetings, assisting senior advisers.
- Be a part of a highly regarded, top tier advice firm that offers sophisticated, complex advice strategies.
- Work with ultra/high NetWorth clients.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
- Demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail with a client-friendly attitude.
- Proactively identify discrepancies with client data and take ownership to correct them.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience supporting financial planners, taking on Associate Advice tasks.
- **_Completed or currently studying a Financial Planning degree (Pathway to PY) if desired._**
