**PURPOSE**

To be part of a high-performing team that facilitates and supports post-award contract management activities for assigned contracts to create value and improve performance across the asset.?Undertake activities in support of contract management interfaces associated with:
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support pre-award activities (Assess demand; supply, develop and select strategy; Source and award; Implement contract)
- Support management of contracts including:

- Resourcing & administration,
- HSSE & supply chain risk management,
- Cost & value management,
- Relationships & behaviors, and
- Performance
- Liaise with the Contract owner and holder for budget and contract performance monitoring
- Incorporate continuous improvement into ways of working

Actively demonstrate support for the corporate position on health, safety, local content sustainable development, diversity, a respectful workplace, and the General Business Principles and Code of Ethics.

**DIMENSIONS**
- Co-ordinate a cross-discipline team (Contract Management Team: Contract Owner, Contract Holder, HSSE, CP & SME)
- Supported by key support functions (Manage supply chain, Dispatch, Learning and development, Industrial relations)
- Interface with Projects, Turnarounds, Category Management, Materials Management, and Operational Excellence.
- The volume of work fluctuates based on the number of contracts within the portfolio & reporting requests. Will actively support multiple key strategic and or high-risk, high-effort contracts
- As an operational asset, from time-to-time evening or weekend work could be required.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Substantial Contract management experience
- Degree qualified preferred OR 5-10 years of Operational experience
- Exposure to oil and gas run and maintenance facilities
- Experience supporting major run and maintain maintenance and or marine contracts preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both face-to-face and virtually
- Able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities with a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic advocates for continuous improvements in our ways of working
- Display initiative, flexibility, efficiency
- Fluent in English, oral and written
