**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- **Legal Qualification**: Qualified lawyer with a degree from a recognised institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in infrastructure law.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of infrastructure legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- **Contract Expertise**: Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in assessing legal risks.
