**The Position**

Reporting to the Group Manager - People Operations, the Business Partner is a key leadership role within the People Operations team. Working through a number of P&C initiatives including provision of a broad range of Business Partnership Advice to their relevant business portfolio leadership team, whilst leading in the implementation of key P&C deliverables throughout their client portfolio which is Recruitment, Employment and Training.

This role will be instrumental in partnering with key business leaders to provide strategic advice, guidance, support and advice across the business.

**Key selection criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
- 3 years generalist P&C exposure and knowledge of a diverse range of P&C specialities including industrial/employee relations, performance management, mediation, leadership coaching, remuneration, learning & development, recruitment, succession planning, workforce planning;
- Current knowledge of employment related legislation, industrial agreements and associated processes;
- Highly matured business partnership capabilities to advise, influence and empower leaders to lead and deliver services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation and influencing capabilities;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and stakeholders simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
- Highly motivated and passionate about providing excellent quality of service;
- A values-based leadership way of working.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence is required

**On Offer**
- Hybrid working arrangements: 3 days Office (Geelong) and 2 days WFH
- Full Time - 38 hour week
- Potential interstate travel occasionally
