Reln Pty Ltd is an Australian owned manufacturing company that provides Surfacewater, Groundwater and Blackwater drainage products to the Plumbing and Hardware industry.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiating skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Forecast sales and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Maintain established key trade business relationships.
- Attend Sales meetings, conferences & trade shows as required
- Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customers technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
