We're searching for a Sales and Marketing Consultant with at least one year of experience, dedicated to enhancing our outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Initiate calls to prospective businesses, highlighting our services and qualifying leads.
- Pursue assigned leads, converting them into long-term active customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs by building a robust sales pipeline.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

**About you/ Essential Criteria**
- **Previous tele sales experience is a plus;** however, if you're a natural conversationalist, we're eager to work with you.
- **Proactive Approach**: Self-motivated with a proactive mindset to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- **Positive Collaboration**: can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow alongside our business.
- **Outstanding communication skills**, a passion for connecting with others, and the ability to ask probing questions.
- **Computer Proficiency**: with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
