Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) is a business unit within SA Health and is central to SA Health's ability to deliver high quality health care services. PSCM is responsible for the processes and services that underpin procurement and supply chain operations across SA Health.

Accountable to the Manager Data Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for supporting the delivery of financial analysis, business requirement planning and reporting services to inform business decision making for Procure to Pay (P2P) activity within Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM).

The position is located in **Adelaide CBD**, at Citi Centre building.

**What you can expect to deliver**:

- Supporting the team in investigative work to determine accounts payable requirements and specify effective business processes, by documenting accounts payable processes, undertaking supplier spend analysis and producing detailed documentation.
- Analysing data related to processing, evaluation and reporting of expense records for payment.
- Assisting in the development of monthly accounts payable financial reports, metrics and dashboards for dissemination purposes.
- Participating in various projects focused on procure to pay process optimisation and customer service improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluating improvements against what was intended, reporting outcomes and striving for continuous improvements
- Contributing to quality planning and assurance, quality control and quality improvement in accordance with appropriate standards and the accreditation processes.
- Proactively engaging with strategic stakeholders within PSCM, Finance, SA Health portfolio, Shared Services SA, other government agencies and external service providers

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Excellent data analysis and process mapping skills, including ability to: conduct data analysis; identify business requirements and ensure procure to pay solutions meet business needs.
- Ability to undertake financial research and analysis, identify and resolve operational issues with practical and effective solutions, and prepare and present clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including proven ability to negotiate effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders.
- Proven experience and understanding in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Procurement functions in a large organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, economics or related financial / business management field, and/or equivalent experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle iProcurement, Basware and SA government accounts payable and/or procurement is desirable.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**
- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - **Category C (mínimal patient contact)**

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
