**Overview**
- The Product Integrity Lead will be responsible for leading a team of product Integrity analysts to ensure alignment of fund specific insurance business rules and processes, implementing prevention, early detection and resolution strategies to help minimum risk to the business.- This position will lead investigatory and solution-based activities to ensure Link meets its strategic objectives while providing service excellence to our clients and members.**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Strategic Focus- Support the Product Quality Manager to drive agreed business outcomes
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative to solve complex problems

Operational Management- Execute plans to prevent, early detect and resolve product related complex issues as per the monthly delivery plan
- Work closely with the resources within the IT area and deliver cost effective solutions that meet client requirements
- Take ownership for managing any complex product systemic issues assigned by your manager that are identified by the operations teams
- Provide necessary information to the CPM / Operations teams for the management of liability resolution processes where applicable
- People Leadership- Responsibility for a team of Business Analysts and SME’s, providing coaching and guidance to ensure business objectives are met
- Work with your team to design, develop, and execute plans to ensure the quality of products are maintained to the satisfaction of our clients as per each Fund business rules and product descriptions
- Maintain a regular communication channel with clients, providing technical support where required
- Support the Lead and Manager in the development of a high-performing team including coaching and development of Product Analysts.
- Governance & Risk- Prepare monthly product reports covering prevention, early detection and resolution of product systemic issues
- Work within the Risk & Compliance frame work and ensure no liabilities are generated as a result of the work completed
- Work with Funds, internal / external auditors to deliver the source data provision, review of audit findings and preparation of Link responses and work with the resolution lead to complete resolution of any identified findings
- Maintain all work meeting GS007 standards and complete all assigned GS007 testing, maintain evidence, take appropriate resolution actions

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in managing complex product related issues liaising with clients, operations teams, and IT resources in the Financial Services or Superannuation industry
- High levels of technical expertise and ownership to investigate, analyse and resolve detailed and complex product systemic issues
- Ability to build relationships between teams, departments, units internally and externally to support the achievement of the team and business goals
- Ability to engage client management in commercial negotiations and demonstrated ability to negotiate outcomes favourable to the Link Group
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive identification of potential issues
