**We Seek**:
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Domestic Assistants, you will provide excellent care to our clients. Your compassionate personality and positive attitude will assist you in providing an optimal level of dignity, comfort, and quality of life for our care recipients. Joining the team you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team

**Requirement**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
- if you have not finished your degree but working towards you are also welcome
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
- Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with showering, Feeding, assistance with food handling
- Cleaning experience, bed making experince,
