Group General Manager

As the Group General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of five restaurant sites. Your primary goal will be to lead each venue to success while ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service. Reporting directly to the ownership, you will have the autonomy to treat these venues as your own, driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Management: Utilise your extensive financial expertise to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across all sites. Conduct regular financial analysis and implement strategies to enhance revenue streams and optimise profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Lead by example and motivate site managers and staff to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and our company's policies.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth within the team.
- Hands-On Involvement: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house interactions to back-of-house support, as needed.
- Customer Experience: Prioritise customer satisfaction and guest feedback, striving to exceed expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to attract and retain customers. Drive marketing initiatives and ensure effective local marketing campaigns for each venue.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-site setting and Restaurant background preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Impeccable presentation and a warm, personable demeanour.
- Demonstrated passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- A proactive and driven attitude with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
