**Role Purpose**:
Our property team has an opportunity for a Support Officer. In this role you will support all areas of our team including Acquisitions, Leasing, Housing, Accommodation and Facilities. Based in our Leederville office, this role will be reporting to the Supervisor - Property Management.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Undertake project file start-ups and closeouts for land transactions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of changes to the land.
- Co-ordinate submissions to Asset Management Services and maintain data integrity on the GIS system of all new assets, easements, and removal of assets.
- Collate all Land Tenure enquiry responses and liaise with internal and external customers. Provide advice to various internal and external stakeholders on land tenure information by obtaining certificate of titles, deposited plans, and aerials from the Landgate database.
- Create accounts within the Grange Finance Software. Liaise with the Balcatta Customer Centre team to process cheques received for the sale of land or disbursement of legal fees.
- Management of Mt Eliza House bookings, liaise with external stakeholders and attend to all enquires. Manage all invoicing and reconciling Grange account related to bookings.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation and payment of Landgate invoices.
- Maintain and update Certificate of Titles and Management Order register.
- Responsible for recording and monitoring all incoming correspondence for the team.
- Organize team meetings and provide services such as agenda preparation, minutes and action lists.
- Liaise with Business Support Services and Finance Management team to manage Grange Accounts and payment processes.
- Liaise with Asset Management Services team to update GIS information when land has been acquired and disposed.

**Requirements of the Job**:

- Relevant administration and property administration experience Considerable HR generalist experience in a medium to large multi-disciplined organization.
- Relevant experience in managing record systems.
- Considerable experience in computer analysis and spreadsheets.
- Relevant experience in a large multi-disciplined commercial organization.
- Relevant and accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and processes
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills
- Relevant knowledge of Corporate Procurement and Property areas of business.
- Relevant experience in SAP and Grange systems **(desirable)
