Established in 2023, Racquet Club has set the benchmark for excellence in racquet sports facilities. Now, as we expand to the Gold Coast, we're introducing a ground-breaking flagship club and entertainment precinct unlike anything else in the country.

We're currently seeking a dynamic Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new club. While prior experience in padel is advantageous, it's not a requirement. If you're passionate about racquet sports, we'll provide the necessary support and training. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a brand-new team.

**Role Overview**:
As the Club Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and coordinating the club team.
- Managing operations at the bar/cafe and reception area.
- Maintaining a welcoming and presentable club environment.
- Becoming a product expert for all padel items stocked at Gold Coast Racquet Club and achieving commercial targets.
- Assisting in organizing and running tournament days and corporate events.
- Generating fresh ideas for social events and overseeing their execution.
- Prioritising the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues.
- Managing stock and delivery scheduling.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Front of House and/or F&B experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- A positive and innovative mindset.
- Adaptability to changing environments.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday with weekend availability and the possibility of overtime.
- Holiday coverage as needed.

Pay: From $82,000.00 per year
