Administrator/marketing Sales Assistant

OSS MARITIME GROUP has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person willing to learn and develop into Administration support & Marketing. The position is full-time to join our team.
The main purpose of Administration support & Marketing is to liaise with all shipping vessels and service their consumer and other requirements.
Administration support & Marketing Role includes servicing new and established clients and regularly dealing with the vessel
- Custom clearances Form 43 & Form 44, Wine Shipping Exemption, Export Declaration Number for Ship Supplies
- Be the first point of contact with the Ship Master, Ship Owners and Shipping Agencies Interstate
- Monitoring daily Shipping movements including Monthly that comes to Australia ports for accurate berthing/sailing schedule of the ships.
- Assist in coordination of **promotion** and **marketing executions**
To be successful as an Administration & Sales Marketing Officer role you will have:
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing roles
- Strong knowledge and interest in developing a career within the Shipping Industries
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong multitasking skills
- An enthusiastic, switched-on, can-do attitude and looking for career advancement
- Intermediate experience in MS-Office particularly Excel
As an Administration & Marketing requires p Sales experience and strong communication skills.
We will provide you with ongoing on the job training, appropriate levels of autonomy and responsibility and potential to grow.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
