- Provides high-level, specialist advice in the areas of stakeholder engagement and communications.**The role**:

- Provides high-level, specialist advice in the areas of stakeholder engagement and communications to support successful delivery of Infrastructure Services capital delivery, asset management and strategic planning activities.
- Plays a pivotal role in the overall success of project activities through development and delivery of organisational communication and engagement activities, including oversight of activities delivered by external consultants.
- Works collaboratively across Infrastructure Services Group and with key stakeholders in the broader Department to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to delivering stakeholder engagement activities for infrastructure projects and programs.
- Contributes to development and implementation of appropriate systems, policies, processes and procedures to support effective and efficient stakeholder engagement and communication activities.

**The team**:
The recently-established Stakeholder Engagement team works with colleagues across Infrastructure Services to provide high level, specialist advice in support of managing our health infrastructure and facilities and delivering our capital works program. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join a small team within a dynamic and collaborative group, and to play a role in delivering on the strategic priority of building the infrastructure we need for our health future.

**Details of Appointment**

Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from July 2023
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
- _Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies._

**Salary**: $101,705 to $115,272 per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- _Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2019_

**Eligibility**:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and/or communications for capital projects in a public sector environment
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
