About the role

We’re re-imagining the mortgage broker to bank experience, this role will own digital experiences for brokers accessing ANZ, specifically the portal.

You’ll work in a newly formed, self-organising squad with creative engineers and designers with global ideas and experience.

You’ll employ your broad knowledge of a digital first, human supported design to help reshape how brokers engage with ANZ

What will your day look like

Work with your squad, other value stream teams and business services to define, prioritise and deliver a radically improved experience for our brokers in the retail and commercial sectors.

Own the roadmap for the broker portal build and iteration

Research and test hypothesis for improved experiences.

Work closely with our incredible salesforce engineering and architecture teams to ensure our experiences are fast, relevant, enjoyable.

Engage security, compliance and legal teams to ensure we are being safe and compliant in our build

Help shape the business strategy for brokers, including defining innovative & sustainable designs that enable continuous delivery of business value through Epics to Features

Optimise the experience through the introduction of best in class propositions, processes and supporting technologies

Use your understanding of the end to end broker experience to help design solutions that puts the broker back in control.

Build a portal our brokers will love to use

What will you bring?
B2B2C Digital (web and or app) Product Owner experience. Any home lending or broker knowledge is very helpful
Previous experience in delivering end-to-end digital first experience in financial services, third party understanding, highly regarded
Passionate about improving digital experience.
Experience working in high performing, autonomous agile squads, always leading, challenging the status quo and not afraid to try something new
Strong communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs into commercially viable solution designs that can be implemented by the delivery teams
Big picture thinker and a willingness to accept and adapt ideas from various sources to ensure a holistic approach
Never satisfied with “good enough” - you’re always wanting to push ideas and encourage your peers to do the same
A continuous and pragmatic problem solver who enjoys creating order from chaos
