THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting role has become available for an Education Solutions Co-ordinator to join the ANZ Global Education team and assist in the delivery and management of all professional programs across Australia. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support ANZ professional education courses, liaising with stakeholders and managing healthcare compliance.
- Maintain key databases for tracking, including event calendars and registration schedules.
- Organize travel for HCPs to JJMT events, ensuring compliance and managing course documentation.
- Coordinate with professional education managers on HCP attendance, ensuring all logistics and event management is recorded.
- Support of digital education site.
- Assist professional education managers with logistics for training events (room bookings, catering including ordering and payment of food,
- beverages including non-acholic and alcoholic beverages, registration, course reconcilliation).
- Help manage event budgets and invoice tracking to ensure cost control.

This is a key role within our ANZ Education team, involving extensive liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in database systems, especially Excel, Cvent, and MSD
- Effective project management within timeline and budget
- Problem-solving mentality with a commitment to resolving issues
