**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change within the construction and real estate industry? We're seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to join our Projects and Development Services (PDS) division in the APAC region.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes for PDS APAC. You will work closely with global stakeholders while leading a team across 16 countries in APAC. Your role will involve end-to-end ownership of the PDS APAC sourcing ecosystem, including procurement processes, policies, and templates, strategy development, and goal implementation.
This role can be based in our Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Singapore office.
**An overview of the role**:
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the JLL business, both globally and regionally, as well as external partners.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PDS APAC, considering business context, trends, and strategy.
Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives and improvements, advising on local team structures and sustainability targets.
Drive the implementation of global initiatives within the sourcing framework, such as alliance programs and furniture solutions.
Analyze spend and identify sourcing and value creation opportunities.
Collaborate with other JLL business lines and regions to seek efficiencies and alignment in vendor management.
**Lead the procurement process for all service types**: build, manage, consult, and design.
Stay informed about market trends and expectations that may impact procurement management.
Act as a regional contact for JLL's global strategic sourcing platform and promote its adoption.
Build relationships with suppliers, consultants, and contractors to drive adoption of the sourcing platform.
Collaborate with technology platform owners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Experience working across the APAC region preferred.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 8+ years of experience in project management and procurement management.
Strong business analysis, relationship building, and communication skills.
Experience in procurement sustainability will be an added advantage.
