Link Group, a leading company in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders, drive operational excellence, and lead a talented team of HR professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on leadership, identifying people needs, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a business partner to senior leaders, offering expertise in resource planning, remuneration, organizational design, and change management.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive performance, provide insights, and mitigate potential people risks.
- Manage key HR functions, including recruitment, HR advisory services, and HR operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Lead and support complex employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in HR operational policies and processes, while managing HR queries effectively.
- Build a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide feedback to the CM HRLT to contribute to the development of the Corporate Markets people plan.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a broad range of HR disciplines, including business partnering, recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law practices in Australia and New Zealand.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments, adapting to changing business needs.
- Sound judgment, decisiveness, and initiative with excellent prioritization skills.
- Strategic thinker with a practical mindset, able to propose cost-effective solutions and implement plans.
- Degree in HRM or a related discipline is desirable.
