An experienced medical receptionist is required for Claremont Meadows Medical Centre and Doonside Medical Centre. Doonside Medical Centre is located in Doonside, 38 km West of Sydney and Claremont Meadows Medical Centre is located at Claremont Meadows, 46km West of Sydney.
- 3-5 years general practice receptionist experience
- Medical software experience (Best Practice or MD and Pracsoft)
- Resume demonstrating stable work history including general practice experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Contribute to team requirements
- Must be able to multi-skill
- Knowledge of RACGP accreditation standards (or willing to learn)
- CPR certification
- Ability to comfort patients and anticipate their anxieties or questions
- Must be friendly and want to work in a team environment
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Managing doctors appointment books and foreseeing problems

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.38 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
