It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19. Whilst not mandatory, the possession of tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., data analytics, data science or statistics) will be highly regarded. Experience in programming languages e.g., VBA, SQL, Python or R will be highly regarded.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Proven success in the preparation and delivery of contemporary HR and workforce analytics; including the research, analysis and interpretation of workforce information and trends within a complex organisational environment. Demonstrated high level skills and ability to strategically plan, coordinate and implement accurate and timely data design, collection, analysis and practical reporting solutions, using analytical tools and business intelligence systems. Demonstrated experience in programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, M Query) and Power BI and the proven ability to build, query and validate datasets, to produce a range of data visualisation outputs (e.g., Advanced MS Excel, Power BI). Proven highly developed computer literacy and data analysis skills, together with experience and capability to identify, embrace and employ emerging contemporary software technologies and tools. Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high level strategic documents incorporating workforce information, and provide authoritative advice and recommendations to senior management. Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality and manage sensitive issues in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and a proven commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships and effectively liaise, advise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
