**Your opportunity**:
The Workforce Reporting & Data Analyst role is an integral new position, that will be responsible for building and developing a suite of workforce analytics and BI reporting. This will provide critical planning and management control tools used by our organisation’s leaders to assess and drive the effectiveness and efficiency of their workforce plans in a close as possible, real-time.

Using information and data collected from Payroll, HRIS, Scheduling and Finance systems you will bring logic and understanding to the data through detailed and complex investigation and reconciliations. You will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure consistency and alignment of reporting & analysis and be able to present findings in a clear and meaningful display to make informed business decisions.

**About you**:

- Experience in workforce planning, rostering and payroll reporting including complex data analysis and modelling techniques
- Proficient user in R programming and Power BI tools or similar
- Strong data analytical report building skills
- Ability to collaborate with a variety if stakeholders across the organisational structure
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to present findings from data in a meaningful way
