_**We are hiring for one of our renowned hospitality clients in Pentridge. They are in search of an amazing Guest Experience Manager **_who_will lead the team of **Guest Experience Hosts and be responsible **for the development, activation, and execution of all elements that comprise the guest journey, as well as the Signature Experience offerings at the venue.

You will be the key connection with our guests, from the moment they arrive, through to arranging their daily itineraries and coordinating the successful delivery of our unique experiences before bidding farewell upon their departure.

You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relations and actively pursuing collaboration opportunities that are brand appropriate and connect with the local community. While the role is focused on the venue, you will be working hand in hand with all relevant hotel departments to ensure service is seamless and on point, every time.

**About you.**
- A min. of 2 years of hospitality experience within a luxury hotel or venue.
- Previous experience in the development, activation, and execution of guest itineraries (end-to-end)
- A high level of confidence to introduce experiences, and engage with guests
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- An engaging and inspirational leader, skilled in seamless operations and service delivery
- Well-developed administration skills, as this is a hands-on role.
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
