**About the role**
Dulux Group has significant growth ambitions, and it is a brilliant opportunity for you to embark on the journey with us.
You will report to Sales Learning & Development Manager and will support the team in the development and creation of tools, materials, communications, reports, and content involved in delivering sales learning programs and pathways.
This is a high impact role, where you will have the opportunity to actively engage with sales managers, state managers and possibly General Managers across all the SBUs of the Dulux Group.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the team to develop and enable sales teams to maximize customer experience and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Support the delivery of sales capability content and projects
- Support L&D Manager with reporting
- Help update learning materials and content including toolkits, workbooks and templates
- Seek innovative solutions driving success of the team
- Help to drive a continuous self-learning culture at all levels across our sales teams

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in training support role
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in Articulate 360 & Learning Management System (LMS) is preferable
