**Your new role**

In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the Growth Optimisation Manager, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of business-to-business (B2B) programs within the Intermediary Member Growth function. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize B2B programs that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners, managing program budgets, analysing program performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.

With our 2023 growth strategy plan in place, this is an exciting time to join the Fund This role was created off the back of this strategy and is a great opportunity to come in, work with the new team and help define and scope the role. You will have the opportunity to deliver on tangible results and bring together internal team, relationships and make a true impact.

Other duties include but are not limited to.
- Program Development: Lead the development of B2B programs, including defining program objectives, creating program plans, developing program content and collateral, and identifying program success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment of B2B programs with overall business goals and strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with B2B and technology partners, working alongside the Senior Manager - New Channels in identifying potential partners, and managing ongoing partner relationships to achieve program goals.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of B2B programs, including coordinating program logistics, managing program budgets, monitoring program progress, and ensuring timely delivery of program outcomes.
- Analyse program performance data, identify areas of improvement, and implement optimizations to maximize program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting on program performance to stakeholders, including program results, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.

**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience in B2B program management, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
- functional teams and build relationships with B2B and Tech partners.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving program goals and driving revenue growth.
