**Scheduling Officer - Aged and Disability Services**

BB Recruitment is a leading recruitment provider of Aged and Disability services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking for our client a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduling Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of Aged and Disability services, ensuring that client preferences and needs are taken into consideration.
- Caregiver Allocation: Assign appropriate caregivers to clients based on their skills, availability, and client-specific requirements.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to address scheduling changes, client requests, and other relevant information.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of client schedules, caregiver assignments, and any changes to ensure a smooth and well-documented process.
- Problem Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts and challenges promptly, finding effective and efficient solutions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure that scheduling practices adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and standards in the Aged and Disability services sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in Aged and Disability services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Aged and Disability service regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in relevant scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Education**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or a related field are a plus.
