**Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist**

As a Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist at ezyCollect, you will be the bridge between technical solutions and client success. Collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams, you’ll showcase how our solutions solve accounts receivable challenges, guide clients through seamless implementations, and provide valuable feedback to refine our product.
**The Role**
- ** Pre-Sales Engagement**: Partner with Account Executives to understand prospective clients’ accounts receivable challenges and demonstrate how ezyCollect transforms workflows.
- ** Solution Demonstration**: Lead tailored, technical product demos that showcase seamless integration with clients' accounting or ERP systems.
- ** Implementation Oversight**: Manage end-to-end implementation, working with customer success and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring operational improvements.
- ** Custom Feature Coordination**: Assess and prioritise custom feature requests, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
- ** Client Training & Support Assistance**: Support the preparation and execution of training sessions, ensuring clients fully leverage ezyCollect for their business needs.

**Must-Haves**:

- ** Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software platforms like NetSuite, Xero, Acumatica, SAP B1 and other API integrations, with the ability to quickly learn complex solutions.
- ** Project Management Skills**: Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, including cross-team coordination.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Skilled in identifying and solving client challenges through tailored solutions.
- ** Adaptability**: Thrives in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with ease.
