**The company**:
A leading household brand with award-winning products is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team

**The Role**:

- Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
- Handling between 40 - 60 inbound calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
- Maintain customer database

**About you**:

- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Results Driven
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- Well-spoken with a good phone manner
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Previous experience within a Call Centre role is desired
- Permanent residents/Citizens only

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
