**The Opportunity**:
KBR is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our Aerospace MSP Program. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a dynamic team of professionals in a growing defence environment.

As project support, you will be working under general supervision to plan, organise, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile project data in the support of developing project reports, briefs and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation for reporting requirements in accordance with CASG project management policy and the company's governance structure.
- Assist the project with the transition of project controls and reporting functions to corporate tools and systems such as Open Plan Professional and Project Performance Reporting Information Platform.
- Support in the transfer of knowledge across the team.
- Undertake ad hoc project support and management activities.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Management or Support roles within CASG/ADF or Defence
- Tertiary qualification in project management or engineering (desirable)
- Experience managing large Defence contracts across acquisition (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in relating project/program advice to various business areas
