We are seeking a passiona e and experienced Lead o join our Corpora e & Ins i u ional Bank (C&IB) opera ions eam.

Repor ing o our Lending Adminis ra ion manager, you will provide Corpora e and Ins i u ional cus omers wi h bes -prac ice, effec ive and efficien lending fulfillmen services across bo h simple and complex ransac ions.

In addi ion, you will:

- Provide daily eam oversigh, workflow managemen and resource alloca ion o ensure sufficien capaci y o main ain Service Level Agreemen s (SLAs) during peak and non-peak periods while ensuring reques s are fulfilled in-accordance wi h ransac ion documen a ion, policies, and procedures
- Perform People Leader (PL) responsibili ies which include coaching, men oring and con inuous performance managemen of direc repor s
- Implemen adequa e con rols o limi risks associa ed wi h opera ional ac ivi ies
- Be a CIB Lending Subjec Ma er Exper (SME) and communica e wi h he CIB business, Opera ions colleagues and o her associa ed s akeholders on cus omer ransac ions and process improvemen ac ivi ies

Wha you'll bring:

- Experience wi hin he Corpora e and/or Ins i u ional Bank Loan Marke or similar environmen
- S rong LoanIQ knowledge also and/or experience in Lending Opera ions
- Exposure o Ac ive Opera ions Managemen (AOM)
- Abili y o manage key risk indica ors
- People leadership experience including developing eams and improving engagemen
- Experience as an opera ional prac i ioner
