**Baristas and Cafe All-rounders - Sister Fox Espresso**

We’re looking for full-time Baristas and Cafe All-rounders for Sister Fox Espresso in Caringbah. If you're a barista or cafe all-rounder this is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team of coffee professionals focused on serving the community with amazing coffee experiences. ⁠⁠We offer a supportive work environment, professional development opportunities, competitive pay, great conditions and plenty of coffee. ⁠⁠

Sister Fox is a well-established, busy espresso bar, which is part of the White Horse Coffee family. We have wonderful, friendly customers who love our coffee and look forward to their daily visit.

**To be successful**
- For the barista role, you will need barista experience. In particular, you will be competent in espresso brewing and high-quality milk texturing. Having latte art skills will be a bonus
- For the all-rounder role, you will need cafe all-rounder experience. Some barista experience will be a bonus
- For both roles, you will have great customer service skills with the ability to learn and remember customers' names and orders. You will also need to be organised, punctual, attentive to detail, honest, and above all passionate about offering memorable hospitality experiences.
- You will be able to start early. We trade from 4.30 am - 2.30 pm Monday to Friday, and 5 am - 12.30 pm Saturdays.
