Waterview Café is located in the heart of Bicentennial Park offering breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. We offer freshly roasted and brewed coffee and high quality food hand crafted by our award winning executive chefs.


Waterview Café are seeking a professional full time / part time Barista's to be an active and integral team member.

You will be working with a team of passionate and skilled Baristas and Coffee professionals.

As a
Barista in our café you must;

  • Be able to work weekends.
  • Have a minimum of 1 Year Experience in coffee within Australia and preferably high volume.
  • Have a passion for coffee and thirst for knowledge.
  • Have the knowledge of using a coffee machines and adjustment of grinder.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have a willingness to learn.
  • Have an ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.
  • Have the understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Have experience in a similar role, and as a café allrounder.
  • Have exceptional standards of food and coffee preparation.
  • Have a high standard of hygiene.
  • Have Australian working rights.
