**The Company**

**The Role - Customer Service Representative**

As part of a small team of customer service representatives you will be the first point of contact for service calls which may include service requests or machinery break down calls. You will be responsible for booking work, follow ups as well as preparing and actioning reports as required.

You will be expected to work independently in your tasks, but will also have the support of management and colleagues for training, technical support and guidance.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role
- An excellent phone manner and outstanding customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and some experience in excel and/or databases
- Good interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate effectively with clients & colleagues
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
