We are seeking an Administration & Compliance Officer to join our busy Strata Management office located in the North Shore.

Are you efficient, self-motivated and reliable person who is willing to take on responsibility and develop new skills. Training, mentoring and guidance will be provided.

**Daily responsibilities**
- Strata role updates
- Section 184 settlement certificates
- General Office Administration
- Insurance Renewal
- Lift Registration
- AFSS
- Pool Compliance
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Adhoc admin duties as required

**Skills and experience**
- Strong administration skills, high attention to detail and systems orientated.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent levels of computer literacy
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Previous experience in an administrative related role
- **Certificate of Registration with Strata**
