**What You Will Be Doing**

The Manager of the Youth Mental Health Program Stream is a valued and key leadership and management position with the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service and is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of two teams within the Youth Stream.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health clinician and leader to actively participate in the implementation and ongoing development of the Infant, Child and Youth Model of Care and service delivery. The Manager of the Youth Stream will carry the line management responsibilities of both teams sitting within this stream, as well as providing direct clinical services to a small number of young people and families/carers.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- AHPRA registration or AASW registration
- Experience in working in youth mental health &/or in a community mental health setting (CAMHS or Adult Services) for at least 5 years
- Experience in leading and managing teams within a mental health service
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Working with Children Check
- Experience of using outcome measures to inform practice

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
