**Role**:
**Patterson River Secondary College is seeking a dedicated and organised person to fill the role of administration support for our junior school (years 7-9). The role is full-time and includes a range of functions to support students, families, and level coordinators across the junior school.**
**Patterson River is a great place to work. **Responsibilities**:
Liaises with Assistant Principals (school & student operations) as well as sub school leaders and coordinators to ensure smooth coordination of attendance, year level activities and student management.
**Competencies**

- High levels of ICT skills, including Compass and Microsoft Office
- High levels of confidentiality.
**Key responsibilities**
- Tracking of daily roll marking and attendance
- Signing students in & out of school for late arrivals/early departures
- Assisting parents and carers with general inquiries relating to junior school
- Supporting year level coordinators with general administrative tasks, including documentation, Compass chronicle entries and communications
- Organising parent meetings with coordinator calendars
- Assisting with NAPLAN administration
- Preparing key student information for sub school meetings to allow case management of at-risk students
- Organises induction of new students and families into the school (liaising with AP & Sub School Leader)
- Manages administrative responsibilities associated with suspensions and student exits
- Providing administrative support to the general office during times of unusually high demand and to cover absences
- Other duties as directed by the Principal Class.
