**THE ROLE**

As our People and Culture Administrator, the role will see you gain exposure across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will provide administration support to the P&C team and will be responsible for the following:

- Support with end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores, including advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks and offer;
- Coordinate onboarding process for new starters to ensure they are set up for success including setting up system accounts, preparing welcome packs and ensuring onboarding paperwork is completed;
- Coordinate offboarding process;
- Maintenance of our HR Information System and Learning Management System;
- Assist P&C Team with projects, training and development initiatives and coordinating events;
- Provide general guidance and support to the wider business on HR Admin matters; and
- Provide general administration support to P&C team as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and wants to build their career in HR. We value initiative and passion, and we are always striving for ways to improve and streamline our processes.
- Previous experience in a HR Administrative role;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle matters confidentially; and
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
