The Ticketing Unit is part of the SAPTA Asset Management Directorate and is responsible for the management of the Ticketing system, across the Bus, Train, and Tram network. The primary function of the Ticketing Unit is to manage ticketing infrastructure, ICT, Revenue and administrative tasks across the Public Transport network.

The Operations Revenue Officer provides financial support pertaining to the contract management and reconciliation of the Ticketing Network. This includes supporting the delivery of technical, operational and administrative services which underpin the effective operations of the integrated ticketing system. The role requires an understanding of the functions and operation of the Ticketing system’s sales and financial systems working closely with EFTPOS, credit cards and cash transactions.

**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications in book keeping or accounting and advanced skills in Microsoft excel are highly desirable.

**Special Conditions**
- A National Police Check (NPC) which must be renewed every three years.
- A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel may be required.

**Remuneration**
ASO4 - $75,430 to $79,070 per annum
