We are currently looking for a skilled Mid UX/UI designer in Sydney to join a global leading technology company in a very niche and exciting business.

With strong foundations in design and collaboration with companies around the world in the aerial technology space.

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology with a focus on designing user-centric solutions, and be a part of a tech revolution

Reporting to the Vice President of Design you will have the opportunity to work closely with their Australian and U.S. teams, gaining global exposure and experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual thinking, interaction, and visual design skills to create effective designs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in website design and/or web development, and the willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Understanding of the software development process and experience working with Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complete (realistic) deadlines.

Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations:

- Enhance and improve the existing designs
- Develop user flows and functional prototypes using design tools such as Figma.
- Pay close attention to details to ensure a high-quality design.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and insights.
- Provide a seamless user experience throughout the design process.
- Adhere to typography and graphic design style standards to maintain consistency.
